"Message from #10 Downing Street to Iran"

(People say..."Surely Iran will listen to reason." REALLY??? Think back to The American Hostage Crisis in 1979 - 444 days - 70 Americans were held and tortured by Ahmadinejad and his band of terrorists. Well, here's some "reasoning" that can not be mistaken or misinterpretted.)

"Message from #10 Downing Street to Iranian People"

Dear Iranian People,

You have 24 hours - during which the British citizens which you have kidnapped must be released unharmed - at the place from where you took them - their shipmates are waiting.

There will be no further contact on this matter.

It is time for the Iranian people to decide....do you wish to bear the consequences of a fanatical cleric and an equally fanatical President. Both of whom are hell-bent on your martyrdom? Do you wish to become a number in the destruction of your country?

(You now have 23 hours - 58 minutes, 30 seconds.)

This clock can not be stopped - our sailors understand our decision - we are praying for you.

(You now have 23 hours - 58 minutes.)

"Chucky Cheese" & "The Smartest woman in the World"

I'm getting a bit nuts today....

"The Smartest woman in the World" and "Chucky Cheese (I never met a camera I didn't like) Shumer" are going after Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez for firing 8 or 9 federal prosecutors. The dashing duo from New York says that these firings were politically motivated and Congress should have been told sooner.

"Holy Crap Batman.....you mean something done in Washington D.C. had political overtones? ZOUNDS!"

I guess I figured that miz hill & the chuckster would have figured out by now that there might have been something political going on in Washington. (Maybe they're just dumber than I thought them to be.) But excuse me, where was it written that prosecutors couldn't be fired? They, as well as 84 or 85 others, "serve at the pleasure of the President," he can do what he wants with them in actuality. And since they reported to Gonzales, who was suppose to fire them...Harry Reid, Ma-dam Pelozzzzi?

Why is this such a "riddle" to the Senators from New York???

If truth be told this is just another smoke screen by the Socialists to deflect the news away from how well the troop surge in Iraq is going. And to cast one more "aspersion" at President Bush.

In addition, I'm certain that miz hill doesn't want anyone to remember......When William Jefferson Clinton became President, his Attorney General Janet Reno, fired 94 of 95 federal prosecutors. (Yup, it's true you can look it up!) Did the Republicans call for Reno's resignation or firing? Did they convene congressional committee's to review the actions? NO! Because it was the Presidents right to do what he wanted....

So here's a short note to Chucky and miz hill.

Dear Chucky....go piss up a rope!

Dear miz hill....please be quiet, or we're going to have to reinvestigate the murder's of Vince Foster and Ron Brown earlier than we intended!

Al Gore is a PUTZ!

Short blog I hope....

I really detest all this global warming bilgewater. And I know nobody's listening to me. But if you believe any of what Albore boo-hoo'd about in his recent movie....you're as big a PUTZ as he is!!! Sorry that's how I feel.

In my last blogpost I mentioned what Albore never does - NUCLEAR ENERGY! If he's such an enviro nut why doesn't he like nuclear or wind power (right outside his, Madam Pelosi & Teddy Kennedy's front door!!!) Somebody should ask Albore that! Here's some more statistics.....
Fatality Comparison Statistics
US Coal Mining 1931-199533,134
Oil / Gas Industry1992-1995719
Chemical Manufacturing1992-1995201
US Automobile1899-19952,903,036
Smokingper year419,000
US Civil Aviation1938-present+54,000
US Nuclear PowerHistorical0
FLASH to the United States Congress and Supreme Court!!!! Since you darlings are always so eager to have our form of government and body of jurist prudence emulate that of "la frogs" why not start with our energy industry? FLASH news ... France generates 78% of all their energy via nuclear power plants. EU generates 32% of all power via nuclear power plants!!! VIVA LA FRANCE!!! Favorite saying in France regarding nuclear power....."no oil, no gas, no coal, no choice."

Hey Madam Chairman! Let's set up one of those nuclear power plants right next to your vineyard in Napa Valley huh? Nice moist clouds for your vines, and really really big grapes. Hey Senator(hic!) Teddy, how's about a wind turbine or two for HyannasssssPart? Nice bug white one's! Whoosh....whoosssssh......whoosssssh!!! Come on guys! Take one for the team here! You won't let us drill for oil on 2 tenths of one percent of ANWAR so let's get nuclear going in California and a nice big wind farm on the bluffs in HyannnasssssPart!!!

A Couple of thoughts concerning Global Warming...

I really don't want to waste a whole lot of my time or energy discussing this subject, but it's Saturday....and other than researching a couple Civil War battles I figured what the heck!

Earlier this week I ran across some interesting "snipits" of information regarding global warming that I wanted to pass along. First of all let me say that in my opinion, this is one of the biggest non-issues I've ever come across. In the past, if an issue didn't hold water when exposed to scientific reality it was called "a non-starter." That's my opinion of global warming. Mountains from mole-hills folks! Now that doesn't mean that I don't believe that we should take better care of Mother Earth - I do. I just don't think that we, or I, or all of the rest of you need to go around mourning the fact that there are cars on the road, and more houses being built. Within reason, I think we can all be better "custodians" of the planet without driving a car that runs on recycled banana peels and llama spit! But that's just me.

Before we get started, let me turn you all onto a wonderful website. It's the website of the author Michael Crichton who has written so many great books, and makes a lot of sense on many issues - including this one. Click on this link: http://www.michaelcrichton.net/ Once you're there, go to the top right side of the first page where there's a list of options. Click on "Speeches." Read up from the bottom but pay special attention to "Aliens Cause Global Warming," "Our Environmental Future," and "Testimony before the United States Senate."

OK? Here are some of the things that struck me this past week concerning global warming, and how I feel about them. You can, (as easily as I did), look up everything I'm about to tell you by doing a Goggle search of each item. For every one you'll get loads of "hits" to read through. (Ain't "click knowledge" great?) The hard part for you will be setting aside the "crap" that's been shoveled down your throat since the time you were in high school, and come to your own conclusions. (Perish the thought that your own logic & intuition might tell you you've been sold a bill of goods for the last 20 years!)
  • This was said during the 1st Earth Day back in 1970: "If present trends continue, the world will be 4 degrees colder in 1990, but 11 degrees colder by the year 2000. This is about twice what it would take to put us in an ice age!"- U.C. Professor Kenneth Watt. Science Digest followed up in an article by saying, "We MUST prepare for the next ice age!" (First it was a "coming ice age," then we were told "the population boom" would kill off millions of us, now it's "global warming." How many different ways do you want to argue the problem of humans killing the planet?)
  • The news media reports that there are glaciers melting around the world! (What they don't tell you is that there are an equal number of glaciers around the world that are growing!)
  • A Gallup poll found that only 17 percent of the members of the Meteorological Society and the American Geophysical Society think that the warming of the 20th century has been a result of greenhouse gas emissions - principally CO2 from burning fossil fuels. (How come we never hear about this from the media folks? Because this is the real inconvenient truth!) In addition, more than 100 noted scientists, including the former president of the National Academy of Sciences, signed a letter declaring that costly actions to reduce greenhouse gases are not justified by the best available evidence.
  • Here's one I especially like, that greenhouse gas, carbon Dioxide that everyone is so scared silly about....makes up less than 3% of the atmosphere! (Yup, we're going to change our entire ways of life for less than 3% of the atmosphere).
  • Scientists Agree the Earth Is Warming?? While ground-level temperature measurements suggest the earth has warmed between 0.3 and 0.6 degrees Celsius since 1850, global satellite data, the most reliable of climate measurements, show no evidence of warming during the past 18 years. Even if the earth's temperature has increased slightly, the increase is well within the natural range of known temperature variation over the last 15,000 years. Indeed, the earth experienced greater warming between the 10th and 15th centuries - a time when vineyards thrived in England and Vikings colonized Greenland and built settlements in Canada. (See? And this is well within the natural range of how the earth works. Mama earth goes through cycles of heating and cooling - irrespective of human involvement. It's NOT the CO2 that's causing the warming of the planet, it's the Sun. Bet nobody ever told you that did they? Don't believe me, look it up!)
  • nomenclature change - recently eco-enviro proponents have been using the term "abrupt climate change" interchangeably with global warming. Isn't that funny? Global warming carries an inference of getting warmer...while "abrupt climate change" allows for eco/enviro's to condemn mankind for either warming OR cooling the planet. (Hmmm... remember the '70 Earth Day predictions! Here we go again! Both ways now!)
Interesting aren't they?

Don't misunderstand me, I am 100% in agreement in finding more efficient ways to power our vehicles and heat/cool our homes. For example, I can't believe that the same brains that designed and developed the automobile, haven't found a better carburetion system in the last 100 years, or a grossly more efficient engine! (Personally I believe there are working prototypes sitting on the shelves at Ford, Chrysler & Toyota. And none of them are going to give up the golden goose without a fight). I also think that all of us can do a better job individually to fight pollution and protect the environment. Volunteer to clean up a stretch of a local stream, or walk a local road picking up garbage.

I just don't believe half of the "eco-hype" we get bombarded by every single day of our lives. Nor do I believe that either any one "thing" or any one solution will ultimately solve the problem. I do know that there were two words you never heard discussed during a recent Oscar winning movie - "nuclear power." Safe, effective, inexpensive and continuously reliable, it's been working for over 50 years! Most of all - I don't view either political party (but especially the Democrat Party) as being the Messiah of Environmentalism. But that's another posting.

Hope you enjoyed this one. Leave a comment below.

At the Oscar's

So....at the Oscar's the other night, in between giving Algore sloppy wet open mouthed kisses....there was Leonardo DiCaprio saying, "This year the Oscar's are 100% green."

What the hell does that mean? 100% green.
Hey Leo....nothing's changed....I think every one of you Hollywood types is 100% full of shit! What color is that? Why don't you grow up, get a job that pays $10.00 a freakin hour, support a wife, 1.75 kids, yourself - do it for 10 or 12 years - then come back and tell me how much you really care that the Oscar's is 100% green!! (Stop smiling your way through life, with your rumpled blonde doo & your effete Armani tux you little turd!)

So let's look at Albore and the Oscar's. (Hmmm...I'm seeing a trend...Michael Moore - Albore. Rhymes even). Here's a "flash" for everyone....Albore doesn't give a good goddam about the environment. WHY? Because he's a freakin' politician who's set for life because he is covered by a benefits and pension plan that we pay for. He and Tipper always have and always will live off the public trough. He uses more electricity and more oil on an annual basis than just about any two of us "normal" folks do - but you never hear about that on the news. (I have his utility numbers in case anyone's interested). He jumps in and out of G5 jets and trundles off to Cannes for the film festival - or jets between the political fund raisers on the left coast and his summer homes...and he doesn't give a flyin' fig about how much carbon he's burning. WHY?????

Well here's another inconvenient truth from Albore. Just to show you that Liberals live by the "do as I say, not as I do," axiom......now the libs have developed a way that they can separate their "carbon usage" from mine and yours. They're called "carbon offsets!"

Albore explains that he can fly as much as he wants because "he's buying Carbon Offsets!" What a crock of eco-crap! Albore and all of his Hollywood bud's can continue to pollute because some tree-hugger organization plants a tree in their name - but you and I have to change our way of life because they tell us to???

Hey Albore and Leo.....KISS MY CONSERVATIVE, SUV DRIVIN', INCANDESCENT LIGHTBULB BURNIN' WHITE ASS!
